Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

If the goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.

Add the item to your basket

Go to the checkout

Fill out your personal details including card holders address and delivery address

Add payment details debit / credit card or PayPal details, this is done through a secure server

Delivery

Delivery charges for products purchased depends on weight and location, we offer a standard Royal First class delivery for UK postcodes at £3.99 and a next working day delivery on orders received before 3pm for £6.60, nether delivery is a guaranteed service, so if you want a guaranteed delivery service, please contact us.

Goods ordered before 3pm will be shipped out the same day and should be received following working day, with the exemption of northern Ireland, the highlands and the British isles with the following postcodes.

(All AB postcodes excluding <AB16, AB21-AB25, AB30, AB39)
HS, IV, PA-20+, PH4+
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly –postcodes

(These can be still be delivered following day from order, but with the location of these addresses, can sometimes be longer)

These are postcodes can’t be sent UK mail next day delivery, so this is isn’t an option online, however if you need a faster service than Royal mail first class recorded delivery, then contact us.

All European destinations for items smaller than 2kg are sent Royal air delivery at the rate of from £7.95 depending on country and weight.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Cancellation and returns

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel:

Software

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 30 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

If you decide after the 30 days you would like to cancel and the goods have not been used you can send back to us at your own cost and you will be refunded for the item only and your delivery costs will not be refunded.

Faulty goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Laptop chargers carry a 12mth warranty which is return to base, You have to pay to return to us, However we will pay the return postage if found faulty and we need to send out a replacement.
