Coywood Computers were established in 2000 as a partnership. In 2003 this was changed into a limited company and since has grown in both revenue and customer base. Here at Coywood we are proud to offer brilliant customer service and some of the cheapest prices about. Then in 2007 we were proud to open our online shop. The majority of the prices on this site are website exclusive and sadly can’t be offered in store. All laptops, USB hard drives and monitor warranty are direct with manufacturer.

All orders before 3pm are sent out same (on some occasions items ordered later will be sent)
All orders are sent by parcel courier.
 
Delivery costs:
Laptop chargers cost £5.95 to deliver to UK postcodes
These are all sent on next working day delivery.
Laptop keyboards cost £6.95 to deliver to UK postcodes
These are all sent on next working day delivery.
All other items cost from £5.95 - £9.95 depending on weight and packing needed.
All UK postcodes on the excluded next day delivery will still cost the same to send but will be sent via royal mail, this includes Northern Ireland and the British isles.
 
Republic of Ireland is classed as Europe and European delivery is £11.95 depending on weight and will be sent via Royal mail International air delivery service

Laptop ac adapter’s chargers
1/ how much is delivery on a laptop charger: (A)- £5.95
 
2/ if I order the wrong charger can I send it back: (A) yes just email us with your order number and make & model of laptop and we will send you an RMA number
 
3/ I need 10 chargers do I pay 10 delivery charges: (A) No same delivery cost of £5.95 for 1 charger or 20 laptop chargers.
 
4/ I need a laptop charger ac adapter for my laptop how do I tell which one I need: (A) check your make & model then go to the charger section and look under the manufacturers and then the voltage and amp. (Your voltage and amp is located on your old charger under Output. If you do not have your old charger then check underneath your laptop and it normally states it on the panel. (Some models you have to remove the battery then it will list your output where the battery sits). After this if you are still unsure email us on info@coywood.com
 
5/ if I want to order 20 laptop chargers or monitor ac adapters can I have discount: (A) yes email us for volume deals.

1/ how much is delivery on a laptop keyboard: (A) - £6.95

3/ what is the difference between a US (United States) and UK (United Kingdom) keyboard: (A) The main difference is the US does not have a £ sign and the @ is located on key 2
4/ Do all US keyboards fit UK models and vice versa: (A) Yes US, UK, French, Arabic the list goes on fit all the same models, As sometimes when laptop keyboards are no longer made we are forced into buying US models just to fix laptops with keyboard faults or supply to our customers
 
5/ if I order the wrong laptop keyboard can I send it back: (A) yes just email us with your order number and make & model of laptop and we will send you an RMA number
 
6/ Does the keyboard I order need to be the same colour as the keyboard I am replacing: (A) No not normally, As normally the same laptop can come in many colours such as pink, silver, black, grey, glossy, bronze. For example the dell Inspiron 1525 comes in back and silver and often a customer will buy silver simply because this keyboard is cheaper than the black.
 
7/ why Southern Ireland (republic) is more expensive postage than Northern Ireland: (A) this is because Northern Ireland has UK postcodes and can be sent using these; Whereas Southern Ireland has to be sent with Airmail.
